Hair Adjustments
We want all our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you’d like to make any adjustments to your hair, please contact the salon or your stylists within one week of your service.
Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please bring in the product to return or exchange within two weeks of purchase. The product must be only used a few times to honor this return or exchange.
Late / Tardy Policy
If you are going to be late to your appointment, we ask you contact the salon or your stylist asap. We understand life happens. If it has been 15 minutes past your appointment time, we will reach out to you to work out if keeping the appointment is still an option, or if we may need to reschedule.
No Show Appointments
Our scheduling system sends out text reminders of your appointment 48 hours in advance to confirm your appointment still works for you. If you don’t show up for your appointment, a text will be sent out that the appointment was a no show. Online booking privileges may be removed and to rebook, a 50% non-refundable deposit for the service booked, will be collected to secure another appointment time that will go towards your service. If that appointment is no showed, the deposit is given to that stylist for their lost time and income. Our stylists are independent, and this policy ensures their time and income are respected.
