Before your Cosmetic Tattoo Appointment
Please review the following list to prepare for your cosmetic tattooing appointment.

Do not work out 24 hours prior to procedure.
No alcohol or caffeine 48 hours prior to procedure, it may thin blood.
Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.
Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, or Advil/Ibuprofen 48 hours prior to procedure, it may thin blood.
Avoid Fish Oil, Prenatal Vitamins, Nutritional Shakes, "Hair Skin and Nail" supplements 48 hours prior to procedure, it may thin blood.
Discontinue Retin-A at least 4 weeks prior and avoid on tattooed area after procedure, it may thin skin and affect pigment color in skin over time.
Refrain from using any Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products close to the eyebrow area 2 weeks prior and avoid eyebrow area after procedure, it turns skin cells over faster and will aid in shedding pigment in skin faster than normal and may affect pigment in the skin.
Botox and fillers on the forehead, temple, and eye area should be avoided 1 month prior to the procedure for those who do not regularly receive injectables.
No brow waxing, tinting, or threading one week prior to the procedure. The more natural hair growth you have, the better!
Avoid Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, or facials for 4 weeks prior to the procedure.
You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle
Clients getting eyeliner done must not be on any lash enhancement serums for a minimum of 3 months prior to eyeliner procedure. The reason is that those types of serums are stimulants and will make your eyelids too fragile and vascular for cosmetic tattooing. As a result, your eyelids will bleed and bruise.
Clients getting lip blushing done, who have EVER had a cold sore in their lifetime, must take Valtrex prescription at least 3 days before appointment to avoid getting a cold sore breakout. If you have never had a cold sore, this does not pertain to your appointment.
Must not be pregnant or nursing.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Failure to not follow these instructions may result in poor healed results or/and having to reschedule appointment and forfeit deposit.
